This is QA-GSH conjugated to a pyrenylmaleimide group (“Conjugate 6”). QA-GSH is a novel quaternary ammonium glutathione analogue conjugating agent described by Soglia, et al. Developed by Pfizer, QA-GSH can provide semiquantitative assessment of the bioactivation potential in vitro. It can be used in LC-MS/MS and/or NMR spectroscopy for the detection of reactive metabolites.
